PAY GRADE: F District Entry/Hiring Salary: $30,334.58/year
Salary is based on education and experience
LOCATION: Ryan White Clinic, Columbus Health Department, 5601 Veterans Pkwy, Columbus, GA 31904
DUTIES: Under supervision, this position will provide supervision for front office staff of the Ryan White program. Duties include, but not limited to, performing a variety of secretarial, clerical, and administrative support functions/processes and provide specialized essential clerical functions. Will conduct research, gather, and compile information using a variety of resources to prepare, assemble, and generate reports, documents, and presentations. Will enter data and/or process documents and records. This position may travel to satellite clinics to provide support and supervision. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED AND Two years of experience performing advanced level office or administrative experience; Two years of experience at the lower level, Admin Support 3 (GSS082) or position equivalent. Must show ability to lead or supervise a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree in a business-related field from an accredited college or university and related experience in a clinical setting.
