PAY GRADE: I District Entry/Hiring Salary: $34,973.63/year
Salary based on education and experience

LOCATION: Columbus Department of Public Health, 2100 Comer Ave., Columbus, GA, 2nd Floor, Health & Human Services Center

DUTIES: Under general supervision, this position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the call center across West Central Health District’s 16 counties. Duties include, but not limited to, appointment scheduling, ensuring updated education and training for the call center staff, overseeing the distribution of lab test results, developing written and verbal updates and reports for the West Central Health District to be shared with partner agencies, prepares educational material for the media and agency website, and other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university AND Three years of lead/supervisory experience in a customer service setting communicating information OR Five years of lead/supervisory worker experience in a customer service setting communicating information OR Two years of experience at the lower-level CSR 3 (GST122) or position equivalent.

All West Central Health District 7 employees are deemed essential workers in the event of an emergency.
