If you have a complaint related to COVID-19 regarding a Food Service (restaurants), Hotels, Tattoo and Body Art, or pool facility that is regulated by the health department, please call the COVID-19 Call Center at 706-321-6300, option 1.

For complaints on facilities that the health department does NOT regulate OR complaints about people being positive for COVID-19 please visit:

*All counties have drive-thru specimen collection, weather permitting, and by appointment only.  As of July 13th, all persons to be tested must have an appointment to be tested. There is no charge at any location.*

Columbus Health Department- COVID-19 specimen collection Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, in the parking lot behind 2100 Comer Avenue, on 11th Avenue and Center Street. Saturday, July 18th testing will be from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.  Please call 706-321-6300 for more information.

**At the following locations, please remain in your vehicle, call the health department and they will come out to you.**

Chattahoochee County Health Department- COVID-19 specimen collection Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Collection also every other Monday, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please call 706-989-3663 to make an appointment.

Clay County Health Department- Essential services by appointment. Everyone screened for symptoms before coming into health department.   COVID-19 specimen collection Wednesday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Other times by appointment. Please call 229-768-2355 to make an appointment.  No other services during Wednesday morning  collection hours.

Crisp County Health Department-  COVID-19 specimen collection Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Collection site is the  J.R Dowdy Building, 1129 N 5th St., Cordele.  Family planning reassessments, STD, and enrollment for pregnancy Medicaid is available at health department.  Please call 229-276-2680 for information.

Dooly County Health Department-  COVID-19 specimen collection Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Harris County Health Department- All those who have scheduled non-critical services are asked to reschedule. COVID-19 specimen collection, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.  Please call 706-628-5037 for more information. No clinical services during collection hours Monday through Friday.

Macon County Health Department-  COVID-19 specimen collection Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. No clinical services during collection hours. Please call 478-472-8121 for more information.

Marion County Health Department-  COVID-19 specimen collection Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. No clinical services during collection hours. Please call 229-649-5664 for more information.

Quitman County Health Department-  Essential services by appointment. Everyone screened for symptoms before coming into health department. COVID-19 specimen collection Tuesday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. No other services during collection hours.  Please call 229-334-3697 for more information.

Randolph County Health Department-  Essential services by appointment. Everyone screened for symptoms before coming into health department.  COVID-19 specimen collection Monday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Schley County Health Department-  COVID-19 specimen collection Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.  Please call 229-937-2208 for more information.

Stewart County Health Department-  COVID-19 specimen collection Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Collection also every other Monday, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.  Please call 229-838-4859 for an appointment.

Sumter County Health Department– COVID-19 specimen collection Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. Please call 229-924-3637 for information.  Limited routine services during collection hours.

Talbot County Health Department-  COVID-19 specimen collection Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. No other services during collection hours. Please call 706-786-6410 to make an appointment.
