COVID-19 Testing Locations

Notice:
To help keep hospital emergency departments open to treat medical emergencies, individuals seeking COVID testing should not go to hospital emergency departments, unless they are experiencing severe COVID-19 symptoms requiring urgent medical attention. Asymptomatic individuals or individuals with mild symptoms should use testing sites other than hospital emergency departments. 


There is no charge for testing at any location. All counties have drive-thru testing, weather permitting.  *Pre-registration is preferred, but not required.
If you need assistance registering at any district location or need more information, call 833-337-1749 Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.


Home Covid-19 test kits are available at no charge at all county health departments.

Columbus Health Department- Testing is held Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at 5601 Veterans Parkway. Registration is done onsite. Testing will be available at the regular time on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30th, at this location only.


*There will be no testing at any of the locations below on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30th.

Chattahoochee County Health Department – Cusseta –   Friday from 9:00 am to 11:45 am and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.

Clay County Health Department – Fort Gaines –  Thursday at Fort Gaines Baptist Church from 9:00 am to 11:45 am and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm. *Testing will end at 3:00 pm May 19th.

Crisp County Health Department – Cordele –   Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 11:45 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Dooly County Health Department -Vienna –  Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 11:45 am, and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.

Harris County  Health Department – Hamilton-  Monday from 9:00 am to 11:45 am and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Macon County Health Department – Oglethorpe –   Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Marion County Health Department – Buena Vista –  Wednesday, from 9:00 am to 11:45 am.

Quitman County Health Department – Georgetown –  Tuesday from 9:00 am to 11:45 am and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm. *Testing will end at 3:00 pm on May 17th.

Randolph County Health Department – Cuthbert –  Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 11:45 am and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm. *Testing will end at 3:00 pm on May 18th.

Schley County Health Department – Ellaville –  Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 am to 11:45 am and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.

Stewart County Health Department – Lumpkin –  Wednesday from 9:00 am to 11:45 am and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.

Sumter County Health Department – Americus –   Monday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm and on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm and 1:00 pm  to 3:30 pm.

Talbot County Health Department – Talbotton –   Monday from 9:00 am to 11:45 am and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.

Taylor County Health Department – Butler –  Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 11:45 am and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.

Webster County Health Department – Preston –  Thursday from 8:30 am to 11:45 am and 12:45 pm to 4:00 pm.
