The Wellness Panel is a walk-in lab service that does not require a physician’s order.

Fasting for 12 hours prior to testing is required for accurate results. 

*Starting July 1, 2025, A1C testing will be added to our Wellness Panel! This will require FASTING for at least 12 hours prior to testing.  (Wellness Panel tests cannot be separated.) The usual guideline is nothing to eat or drink after midnight if you are testing the following morning. Fees will be $48 for females, $52 for males.

Wellness Panel includes:
Complete Blood Count (CBC)

These tests assess general health status and include the following:
Hemoglobin • Hematocrit • Platelet count • Red Blood Cell (RBC) count • White Blood Cell differential count • White Blood Cell (WBC) count

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)

These tests assess liver and kidney function, electrolyte balance and blood sugar level and include the following:
Glucose • Potassium • Creatinine • Albumin • Carbon Dioxide • Alkaline Phosphatase • Sodium • Chloride • Calcium • Total Protein • Total Bilirubin • Urea Nitrogen • ALT • AST.

Thyroid Panel

These tests assess thyroid gland function and help diagnose thyroid disorders and include the following:
Ultra-sensitive Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH) and Free Thyroxine (Free T4)

Lipid Panel

These tests have been shown to be good indicators of whether someone is likely to have a heart attack or stroke caused by hardening of the arteries and include the following:
Total Cholesterol •HDL •Triglycerides •LDL • Cardiac Risk Assessment

A1C

Your A1C test measures your average blood sugar levels and is used to diagnose prediabetes and diabetes, and monitor your progress.

Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) –men only

This test measures the level of PSA in the blood. The levels of PSA in the blood can be higher in men who have prostate cancer or it may be elevated due to other conditions that affect the prostate. The higher the PSA level in the blood, the more likely a prostate problem is present. But many factors, such as age and race, can affect PSA levels.
